Upper House by Jackson Clements Burrows

Upper House is multi-residential project in Melbourne.

The $50 million, 17 storey apartment block is split across two buildings which don’t stand side by side. Cloud apartments on levels 12 to 17 sit atop, and appear to levitate above the Podium apartments on floors 1 to 10. The 11th floor separation contains a communal area, the Observatory which houses a gym, lounge, entertaining area while offering external outdoor spaces to experience views of the city.
