A housing project that winds around a central common core to encourage community cooperation and interaction. 

The design allows for the incorporation of shops, galleries & offices while restricting parking to an underground garage. 

It's energy efficient egg design shares walls and has removed corners. With this concept, the designers have reduced each home’s internal & external surfaces, to minimize the building’s heating requirement.
