Renovating a 1980s project home this new house set out to maximise the views to Wilson’s Promontory and provide year round comfort through a well insulated, double glazed envelope while provide a general upgrade to the existing space. The bedrooms have intentionally been kept compact while the household and the communal areas are the place the generosity lies. Self sustaining & passive design creates a dramatic improvement to the existing home.
