It's no great mystery that I obsess over my circadian shifts and sleep related things because of them. Once in a while I have to explain to people that my unique sleep patterns aren't insomnia, I don't lose sleep or get tired and most of the time I'm fully rested and look it. I just sleep at odd intervals and my body adjusts to it. No clue why. It is just how I function. I go with it! But I do love my caffeine regardless if I need it.
