Designed by Feldman Architects, this dreamhouse was made to minimize an Eco footprint in its surroundings. Everything about the home is meant to pereserve the site around it. Deep within the Santa Lucia Mountains this home contains a passive solar design. Photovoltaic panels help light the house. And to ensure that the home remains cool in the warmer temperatures of summer the house adopts green roofing to allow absorption of rainwaters. Not only does this dreamhouse blend into the hillside it maintains a sensitive approach to the environment around it.
