The River House

The Tred Avon River House designed by architect Robert M. Gurney, was built to complement the landscape and river vista for its occupants. Lending them to feel as though they are a part of the body of water. The house harnesses green design elements with its geothermal mechanical system, solar tubing, hydronic floor heating and a concrete floor slab. It's overall efforts seek to minimize dependence on fossil fuel.
